Description
Yellowstone's most famous grizzly is known as Scarface, or Grizzly 211. Scarface is approximately 24-years-old; just one year away from the 25-year life expectancy of a wild grizzly. A few years back, Scarface was looking extremely thin just prior to denning and we all feared for the worst. Thankfully, the old warrior made it through that tough winter and is still with us, looking very well indeed.
