During spring and summer, moose are typically found in marshy areas and meadows where they browse on aquatic vegetation. This large bull was spotted feeding in a pond adjacent to Bullhead Lake in Glacier National Park.

I've always loved animals and nature and have been photographing both since I was a little girl in Long Island toting around my Kodak Instamatic. My lifelong love of all things wild and furry led me to relocate from New York to Wyoming to be close to the area's wealth of wildlife. During my first visit to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem in 1994, I felt a special connection to the area and was determined to make it my home. I now live outside the East Entrance of Yellowstone National Park in nearby, Wapiti, Wyoming.
