Description
Orphaned when his mother was struck by a vehicle, a moose calf forages alone along the banks of the Shoshone River. For this young moose, survival alone will be difficult, but this little fellow has already beaten the odds more than once and we're hopeful he will again.

I hope he can receive some supplemental food to increase his chances at survival in the winter. How sad that the mother was killed.
